Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has charged his players to show their class when they take on Arsenal in the FA Cup later this season.
After thumping Reading 2-0 in the third round of the FA Cup, United were drawn against perennial rivals Arsenal, with the game scheduled to be hosted by the Gunners.
Solskjaer has lead Man United to a barnstorming spell since his confirmation as the interim boss of the club. United have won their last five games in grand style and the mood in the dressing room is said to be highly positive.
The Red Devils face their biggest test since the appointment of Solskajaer. The face Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday and this is coming ahead of a tricky tie against the Gunners in the FA Cup.
And according to the Daily Mail, Solskjaer is delighted about the form of his team since his arrival and he is relishing the big fixtures of the team.
Following the draw against Arsenal, Solskjaer, who has beefed up the mentality of his players said to them:
‘What an opportunity to show how good you are.’
United are said to be shopping for a permanent manager and they have been heavily linked with a move for Pochettino.
If Solskjaer continues to win games for United including those against the big clubs, it is certain that he would be confirmed as their long term manager, which is the desire of the Norwegian.
