Xhaka joined Arsenal in the summer of 2016 from Borrussia Monchengladback but the Swiss has failed to live up to his bidding. Skhodran Mustafi also joined Arsenal in the same year but his form has left so much to be desired and now, Arsenal will listen to offers for them.
According to the Daily Mirror, Arsenal will replace the aforementioned star with James Maddison from Norwich and Fulham defender Ryan Fredericks. Sven Mislintat has been working round the clock to ensuring that quality players are signed for Arsenal but much of the signings that will be made in the summer will largely depend on the new manager.
Maddison has impressed for the Cannaries from the middle of the pack this season, which has seen his draw attraction from several clubs, with his valuation shooting up. Fredericks has also been a revelation of his club, even though Wenger is leaving Arsenal, the club will still attempt to sign him.
