Three transfers Arsene Wenger must complete to win the Premier League

While Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United have signed at least two players in this transfer window, Arsenal have spent less on just a player. Arsene Wenger must prove a point to the fans of Arsenal that the two-year contract extension offered to him will be trophy-laden.

The Gunners dropped out of the top four of the League last term but their conquest of the FA Cup shows they still have talented players within their rank. Since the summer of 2013, Arsene Wenger has added quality to his side but scantily , which has seen them failed to progress in the League and Europe.

There is currently uncertainty over the future of Arsenal’s best player Alexis Sanchez, as he wants to play in the Champions League. While Wenger worry over that, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and Mesut Ozil have also stalled over new contracts but the French manager is resolved to keeping them within the Gunners fold.

Sead Kolasinac joined Arsenal from Schalke 04 on free transfer and Wenger shattered the Gunners record to sign Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon in a £52million deal but he cannot come off the transfer window yet.

We think he should sign these two players if he wants to win the Premier League.

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang

The striker has been a subject of huge interest from AC Milan, Chelsea and a Chinese Club after another barnstorming that saw him topped the goal scorers chat of the Bundesliga – He scored 31 League goals in 30 appearances.

Aubameyang informed his Club of his desire to switch to another Club but the Signa Iduna Park outfit have decided against selling the star player. However, it is money that rules the transfer market and if the right offer is made for him, he’ll be allowed to leave.

The goal poacher can play on the flanks or as a centre-forward. He can complete an attacking trio with Sanchez and Lacazette. He is a proven choice than Thomas Lemar.

Leon Goretzka

The Gunners are currently short of options in the middle of the pack given the uncertainty regarding the future of Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla.

Goretzka is dubbed as the new Paul Scholes. He is a good passer of the ball, who has the ability to retain possession and link the defense with attack.

The 22-year old midfield schemer has refused to sign a contract with Schalke 04, Arsenal should take advantage of his situation and lure him to the Emirates.

There is currently a large head count of redundant players at Arsenal. Kierran Gibbs, Lucas Perez, Mathieu Debuchy, Theo Walcott, Calum Chambers and Jack Wilshere should all be sold to accomodate the aforementioned new signings.
