Talks held: Liverpool to complete transfer of £120m-rated star

Phillipe Coutinho has been a source of transfer speculations since the last summer transfer, as Barcelona remain keen on signing the Brazilian attacking midfielder from Liverpool football club.

Paulinho has advised his Brazilian team-mate to take his time to consider some conditions before making any decision over his future. According to Paulinho, the Brazilian striker won’t regret joining the Catalans in case he chose to join the Spanish Giants in January.

Jokingly, Paulinho told the 25-year-old midfielder that Barcelona fans are currently in search of good and comfortable accommodation ahead of the Brazilian move to Camp Nou.

“I make jokes that people are already looking for a house for him,” he told MundoDeportivo

Paulinho who joined Barcelona from Chinese Super League club, Guangzhou Everglades believes Coutinho will be a great addition to the Blaugrana. He also praise Countiho’s style of play. According to him, the 25-year-old midfielder is a very mobile and versatile player who can comfortably play in three different positions.

“He can play in two or three positions and I think that will also help the coach and the players. Now I just have to encourage it to happen.” he concluded.

Barcelona are set to reignite their interest in the player by making an improved offer come January next year.

Liverpool could be tempted to let one of their best players leave the Anfield Stadium if Barcelona meet up their asking price for Coutinho. He has scored three goals in his last three Premier League matches for Liverpool.

Ivan Rakitic and Luis Suarez had earlier told reporters that they are ready to warmly welcome Coutinho into the team anytime he chooses to move to the 2015 La Liga Champions.

He is valued at £120m by Liverpool.
