Arsene Wenger has been accused of being inactive and frugal in the previous transfer window but he seem to have turned a new leave with the recent turn of events.
Reports according to Sky sports reveals that the Gunners have completed the signing of their long-term transfer target Sead Kolasinic, who plies his trade for German side Schalke O4.
The Bosnia-Herzegovina left back has been on the transfer radar of Arsenal since the transfer window of January but Arsenal were unable to pull a deal through for him.
He is now out of contract with his club and will join move to the Emirates on a free transfer when the transfer window comes alive on July 1. Report according to the Sun claims the player signed a five-year contract with Arsenal.
Arsenal have not been the only club chasing the left back, the report by Sun reveals that Chelsea and Manchester City have been on his too but he favors a move to the Arsenal.
The left back has been highly rated by his club but he will have to contend with Nacho Monreal and Kierran Gibbs for a place in the leaky defense of Arsenal. The 23-year old has pulled off so many tackles and crosses for his club and could be a huge asset for the Gunners.
There is no telling if Arsene Wenger will continue to man the helms of Arsenal affairs but the need to reinforce the Gunners squad cannot be overly emphasized.
