Chelsea are hugely tipped to complete Gonzalo Higuain’s move in January. And while that is very promising on their end, boss Maurizio Sarri has picked out a small hole in his squad.
Ahead of their clash with Watford at Vicarage Road, Sarri reveals he wants to more tightly knitted centre at Chelsea.

The Blues, though have enjoyed a strong start under Sarri, Kante has played an advanced position this season, getting his name on the scoreboard this term for Chelsea. However, they still have stumbled on pot holes and to keep playing at the tempo he wants, the Blues manager his eyeing a move for another defensive midfielder.
Lyon Tanguy Ndombele is on Sarri’s shortlist of targets for the berth. But the Blues will stump up around 80 million euros to bring him in. Aaron Ramsey is a cheaper option, despite links to the Serie A and Turkey this season. The Welshman has been given the go ahead to leave Arsenal in January.
