Chelsea new boy Gonzola Higuain has been spotted braving the cold in his first training.
Higuain joined Chelsea as their second signing of the winter this week, cutting short his loan spell with AC Milan after joining them at the start of the season.
The 31-year-old Argentine failed to replicate his form for Milan as he scored only eight goals in 23 appearances. However, that did not stop Maurizio Sarri from sanctioning a deal for him.
The pair worked together at Napoli, where Higuain enjoyed the form of his life with 36 League goals in 35 games. Sarri believes he can get back the spark in the player’s career.
The Blues knocked Tottenham out of the EFL Cup but the new recruit was not part of the game.
He is started training with his new club and is expected to feature in their next game when they take on Sheffield Wednesday in their FA Cup game on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Alvaro Morata is expected to join Atletico Madrid soon having failed to impress Sarri.
