Arsenal have been the best breeding ground for the transformation of starlets into world class professional footballers but the reason is not far-fetched. Arsene Wenger has not only mastered the arts of identifying talents but he gives them the opportunity to shine.
Away from all the plaudits for Arsene Wenger. Arsenal have completed the transfer of teenage striker Kaylen Hinds, who put pen to paper on a three year deal for Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, reports Goal.
Hinds, 19, joined Arsenal as a teenager and was handed a professional contract in 2015. The striker, who has failed to make a first team appearance spent last season on loan at Stevenage, where he managed to gulp only four appearances.
Andries Jonker, who was the former helms man for Arsenal’s academy is currently in charge of Wolfsburg but Hinds has now linked up with him and he looks certain to be handed playing time under a familiar manager.
No fee was stated for the move but we understand that Arsenal received a fee of about £2 million for the English youngster.
Confirming the report, Wolfsburg released an official statement on their website and said Hind: “been taken on as a possible prospect for the professional team and will participate in training activities with the side.”
He joins former Arsenal star Chris Willock who departed the Emirates for Benfica on a five-year deal last week.
Meanwhile, Arsenal may have signed on Alexandre Lacazette, they may not be able to stop Alexis Sanchez from leaving the Club as we are made to understand.
