Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny’s time on the pitch is staggering a move away from Arsenal could see him bounceback. However, if the midfielder must pounce on that kind of opportunity, he will have to be farmed out or subcontracted to another outfit.
And his former boss Hamed Nouh believes it is the right thing for the Egypt international.
Unlike his teammate at Liverpool, Mohammed Salah, Elneny has not had a convincing display this term and has been shepherded away from the rest of the squad.
He couldn’t manage a full start in the Premier League, playing just 59 minutes of football. Though, he been a regular in the Europa League for Arsenal, it is understood that is not what he’d hoped to get under new boss Unai Emery.
Nouh, former Elneny’s boss at his Egyptian club El Makawloon, has urged the player to jump ship this month and seek game time elsewhere, that way he can come back and compete with a lot of confidence under his belt.
“He has to leave Arsenal in the next transfer period,” Nouh said . “He has to leave, at least on a loan basis, to play more and to regain his confidence.
Nouh added: “His situation is influenced by a manager change and a new way of playing, but I am convinced that he will return even better, because his enormous potential and his winning mentality will help him to come back.”
