Morata benched, Rudiger & Boga starts in probable 3-4-3 Chelsea line-up vs Bayern Munich

Far away in Asia, it will be the clash of the giants in Europe when Bundesliga champions and Premier League champions face each other in the International Champions Cup competition at the Singapore National Stadium on Tuesday.

Carlo Ancelotti will face his former player Antonio Conte and former club Chelsea, as the English champions will be aiming to add to Bayern Munich pre-season woes, after the Bavarians suffered two losses in the tournament.

Ancelotti managed the West London club for two seasons and won the Premier League and the FA Cup with them. His Bayern side were thrashed 4-0 by AC Milan – a former of his – after losing on penalties to Arsenal last week.

The Blues defeated Arsenal 3-0 on Saturday, with Michy Batshuayi grabbing a brace in the encounter and will be hoping to keep his starting place against Bayern Munich, while Willian who also got his name on the scoresheet may start.

Chelsea latest signing Alvaro Morata is expected to make his debut from the bench following his big money move from Real Madrid last week while Pedro is not available for selection after suffering concussion when he collided with Arsenal’s goalkeeper David Ospina.

The kick-off time is 12;35pm BST (7:35pm local time).

Chelsea Probable XI (3-4-3):

Thibaut Courtois; Cesar Azpilicueta, David Liuz, Antoni Rudiger; Victor Moses, Cesc Fabregas, N’Golo Kante, Marcos Alonso; Willian, Batshuayi, Boga.
