Manchester United have agreed to sell English goalkeeper Sam Johnstone to West Bromwich Albion in a £6.5million deal, potentially rising to £10million, this is according to report.
United have lined up several players for sale including Daley Blind, Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw and Johntones appears to be one of those players that would be cashed in on. He joined Manchester United in 2011 and walked straight to the academy set-up, where he was top choice.
Stones has struggled to break into the senior team of United but he has been on a series of loan spells since 2011. United handed contract extension deal to Joel Pereira and Henderson, and they have been tipped with a great future for the Red Devils.
While, Johnstones is apparently failing to fulfill his potential with United, BBC journalist Simon Stone, revealed via his twitter handle that the 25-year star will leave Man United for the Baggies in a £6.5m deal.

United are on the verge signing Stoke City veteran goalkeeper Lee Grant, apparently, there desire to sign the experienced shot-stopper is the fact he’d be a replacement for Johnstones. Grant is currently a free agent, which means United would have made profit in signing him as replacement for Johnstones.
Stones would likely play regularly for West Brom and we hope he comes good for them.
