Maurizio Sarri sanction Chelsea deal for in-demand Man United target

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has reportedly shortlisted Hirving Lozano as a possible transfer come January.

According to reports emanating from Italy, PSV winger Lozano is on Sarri’s list as the coach seeks to deepen the depth of his squad.

Having scored a last minute goal against United to secure a draw last weekend, Sarri may have seen that his squad has lots to improve on. The Italian coach has passed on his football ideals to his players quite seamlessly and early. However, the Blues still need to improve on certain departments.

Sari has now turned his focus toward Lozano as the ideal wingman he needs at the club. Lozano is also being targeted by Manchester United, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, and Everton.

The PSV player was almost joining Barcelona shortly after the World Cup in Russia. However, a deal couldn’t be agreed on. He now finds himself on the radar of many European giants as Inter are also monitoring his stance at the club.

Chelsea will have to keep close tab on the player as the future of Eden Hazard at the club looks dim. The Belgian attacker would love a move to Madrid as he has claimed in the media.

Losing Hazard to Madrid would be fatal for the London club; only a Lozano transfer can heal the wounds.
