The Blues are interested in signing Albanian and Napoli right back Elseid Hysaj, and reports have now indicated that Sarri has personal held talks with the agent of the player over potential move to Stamford Bridge, this is according to According to Rai Sport, as cited on Calciomercato.

Hysaj’s agent has not done well to quell the possible transfer of the player, with the player reportedly stalling on the contract offered to him by Napoli.
