Maurizio Pochettino gives Man United only one condition to replace Solskjaer

United will attempt to throw the kitchen sink at Tottenham in a bid to lure Mauricio Pochettino out of the London outfit, after trying to poach him few years back, before José Mourinho was picked.

Pochettino has been outstanding for Spurs, who could finish this season with a very comfortable pat on their backs.

Signing Pochettino is still on their cards and talks floating about speak of an existing communication between chief executive Ed Woodward and the Argentine.

According to Caught Offside, Woodward has asked Poch to make his summer picks for United in the summer window.

And the one player the 46-year-old has asked to be signed is Leicester City James Maddison.

It is said that Pochettino wants the Foxes midfielder should he make a move to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the helm in the summer.

Prising the England international won’t come easy, however. Maddison has seen his stocks rise since his impressive starts this campaign for the Foxes.

Christian Eriksen would make a perfect fit playing at the middle of the park, but Poch is understood to believe that getting Maddison would be easier to grab than the snatching Eriksen from Spurs.

United will have to stump up around 70 million pounds for Maddison,to force a sale from Leicester City.
