Heavily linked midfielder Adrien Rabiot has reportedly been told he can leave Paris St Germain when the transfer window commences in 2019.
According to the Italian media, Rabiot will be permitted to leave the French club come January as several European teams trail the youngster. Among the teams interested in signing Rabiot include Chelsea, Arsenal, Juventus, and Liverpool.
The midfielder has been seriously linked with top clubs in his time at PSG. As he approaches the end of his contract in Paris, the club believes it may be tough to sign him to a new contract considering the list of offers he has as well as the playing time guaranteed at PSG.
Rabiot has been a long term target for former Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp. The Liverpool manager has told Liverpool to contact PSG regarding the youngster’s availability. He is also a favourite of new Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri.
As his contract with PSG runs down in the summer, the midfielder will be free to negotiate terms with any club of his choice come summer.
Rabiot appeared to be making progress with a new contract with PSG earlier in the season. However, with transfer rumours fuelling every day, there has been less talk of a contract renewal.
