Marcus Rashford might be on his way to Manchester City once United are ready to let him go.
Rashford is one of United last season’s best players and he has started this season on a bright note.
The return of Ibrahimovic from injury might reduce the youngster’s playing time for the club.
Rashford 20, is among Pep Guardiola’s target during the winter transfer as the manager is not relenting on the performance of his team who have played all their matches without tasting defeat so far this season.
Though not yet ready to sell Marcus Rashford, Manchester United might be tempted to let go of their youngster if City are ready to splash huge cash on the England striker.
Alexis Sanchez is also being monitored by Pep Guardiola. The Chilean striker was heavily linked with Manchester City during the summer transfer window but the deal didn’t materialise as The Gunners were unable to get his replacement before the close of the transfer market.
Alexis Sanchez has reportedly failed to extend his contract which will expire at the end of the 2017/18 season.
Marcus Rashford was promoted from United’s Youth Academy to the senior squad in 2015 during Van Gaal’s reign as Coach.
He has since become a mainstay in the team, putting up wonderful and impressive performances for both club and country.
Rashford has directly contributed to 12 goals in 18 games, with 7 goals and 5 assists in all competitions this season.
