Meanwhile, Chelsea and Manchester United are believed to have also registered their interests in the player.
Speaking about the fate of his future at Carrow Road, Sky Sports News reporter Kaveh Sohekol hinted that the 21-year-old has been tied to move to any of the big clubs in the Premier League the likes of Liverpool, Spurs, Everton and Manchester City.
“He has been linked with some of the biggest clubs in the Premier League: Liverpool, Everton, Spurs, Man City and Southampton,” Sohekol told the Transfer Talk podcast.
Sohekol also revealed that his release fee could be in the region of £35 million but what he is particularly worried about is whether he can level up to the style of play and atmosphere in the Premier League.
“The question is whether he is good enough to play for one of the biggest clubs in the league.”
