David De Gea has agreed to sign contract extension with Manchester United and he has informed his friends of the same, this is according to reports.
The Spanish shot-stopper has been linked with a £60million move to Paris Saint Germain since the summer but it appears that he has decided to snub the money-bags and pledge his future to United.
He was closed to joining Real Madrid in 2015 before a fax machine scuppered the move. He returned to United and extended his deal with the club at that time, and the same deal will expire at the end of next season.
United have several players they have handed new contracts to including De Gea. The Sun reports that he is on the verge of signing a £400,000 a week deal, which will make him the most paid player in the World in that position.
The Devils have been experiencing poor form this season with De Gea shipping in one of the highest number of goals despite the reflex and acrobatic abilities of the aforementioned Spanish goalie.
Although his future with United is now shaky, Mourinho is looking by all means, to keep the major players of the club.
If De Dea Signs a new deal, it will be a major boost for United.
