Man United agree Paul Pogba’s transfer price tag
Manchester United were knocked out of the Carabao Cup losing 8-7 on penalties to Frank Lampard’s Rams Derby at Old Trafford.
Paul Pogba watched from the stands as United threw in a woeful display against a less quality side.
The Frenchman reportedly condemned United’s approach to the game, after their loss.
Criticisms have been panned out at the World Cup winner, including playing loud music on top of the deck of the team bus before their game against Wolves on last Saturday.
Pogba who has also skippered the United squad three times, has lost the backing of manager Mourinho, who fumed at the 27-year-old behaviour–following his desperate cries to exit the club–stripping him of the role as captain.
Two months ago, Catalans Barcelona had reportedly agreed personal terms with the midfielder, and according to reports, Pogba was angling a move to the La Liga outfit.
The Mirror claims a price tag has been set for the troubled United star.
The record signing will cost over 200 million pounds according to the British news outlet.
Pogba has three years left on his contract at the club and it is understood if United are forced to sell their prized asset, then that valuation will cover the large transfer sums they paid for him two year ago.
