Manchester United are looking to reinforce their defence for the second half of the season, with latest reports indicating the Red Devils are in negotiation for a deal for Barcelona left back Jordi Alba.
Alba ranks top among the top-notch left backs in the World but it appears that he is on the verge of calling time on his spell with the Blaugranas.
The 29-year-old will enter the last year of his contract next season and despite wanting to renew his deal, Barcelona general manager Pep Segura claim they are not in a hurry to hand the Spaniard a new deal.
