United have found their missing ingredient in a team brimming with swathes of talents.
Caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has managed to steer the club away from danger.
Players cut a whimsy shape during former boss Jose Mourinho stretch at the club, until his dismissal last month.
Mourinho’s loss to Liverpool got him the boot from the club. However bad he’s managed things and built a dome of distrust in most of his key players, his works for the club will not go down the drain.
A pocket of players have taken to social media to thank the Portuguese. First it was Frenchman Paul Pogba, and this time, left-back Luke Shaw has shared his gratitudes.
Shaw who for a small part of last season couldn’t register a regular start under the boss, has thanked Mou for the great things he did for the Manchester outfit and for grooming him.
“thanks Jose for what he did for the club and for me as a person and a player”.
Shaw nailed his spot this term and played every game under Jose Mourinho before his sack, save few matches at the start of the season.
Solskjaer philosophy is completely different from Mourinho, and Shaw admits “we are adapting to that and enjoying it and that’s the main thing”
United are remain sixth in the Premier League table, and the press for a top four finish is on their cards.
