Dutchman Bobby Adekanye has finally had it with Liverpool and will leave the Merseysiders in the summer.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport revealed that the talented star is raring to dump the Premier League club and ply his trade elsewhere in Europe.
Lazio is already in the frame, and the same news outlet claimed it is the Dutchman’s likely destination if he leaves Anfield in the summer.
Liverpool have tried to keep him tied down at the club, but Adekanye is bent on leaving after seeing that his chances of getting a first-team call-up are too slim.
Liverpool is replete with talented players all struggling to be in the first team which has increasingly become difficult for players like Adekanye to get just a little spotlight despite packing so much under the hood.
Lazio were reported to have been interested in the star for sometime now, and there are claims he is keen on snatching the next ticket to Italy to play for the Serie A outfit once allowed to leave. It is understood Lazio is willing to offer him first-team football once he quits playing for Jurgen Klopp side.
It will definitely be a huge blow for Klopp, but he can’t fix all his talents into his team sheet. A move away from Anfield could turn out to be a really good spell for Adekanye.
