Liverpool to agree €65m deal for world class duo as Emre Can nears Juventus move

Liverpool German manager Jürgen Klopp must complete some high-profile signings in the summer transfer window should he want to contend for titles in the upcoming season.

The Reds have been without a major trophy for over a decade, but the manager who moved to the Merseyside club in 2015 is willing to win his first title with the 18-time Premier League Champions in the 2018/19 season which will kick-start after the World Cup.

The coach must improve his team’s depth and quality in the middle of the pitch which hasn’t been very convincing so far this season.

Emery Can could move to Juventus in the summer as the Scudetto Champions are keen on the midfielder’s signature. The Germany international was targeted in the closing stages of the winter transfer window, but the Serie A outfit failed in their bid to lure him away from Anfield.

With reports linking Can to Turin, Jurgen Klopp has been forced to make enquiries over Real Madrid youngster Kovacic who switched to the Los Blancos from Inter Milan in 2015 for a reported fee of £26.5m.

The Croatian player who has been capped 38 times could be the perfect man to replace Emery Can as he has proven himself as a good passer of the ball.

Kovacic has played in 93 matches for the Galacticos despite intense competition for place in Zinedine Zidane’s team.

According to Spanish media outlet Diairo Gol, Liverpool are also looking at the prospect of moving for another Madrid player Ceballos who is finding it hard to convince Zinedine Zidane that he deserves first-team actions.

The combine worth of both players in the the region of  €65m.
