Liverpool agree €30million deal for Arsenal midfield target

The Premier League will kick-off a fortnight from today but the Clubs in the League are still looking for the players that will make their squad more competitive.

There’s currently an off-pitch battle going on between Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham – the aforementioned Clubs are all vying for the signature of Spanish star Rafael Alcântara, according to report.

Barring a season long loan spell at Celta in 2013-2014, the 23-year old midfielder has spent the entirety of his career with the Blaugrana. However, he has been a bit-part player and the Catalan Club are willing to listen to offers for their academy graduate

Although the Gunners were reportedly offered the player, they are yet to make an offer for him, leaving the Reds as favorite for his signature.  Mundo Deportivo are in the claim that the Reds are willing to part with about €30m and €40m, in order to get the player to lace his boots for them

Barcelona have been chasing Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho, it will be difficult for them to refuse the advances of the Club for the player as it is given that they may use him as a bait to get their own target.

The player is currently recovering from a knee injury but the report by Mundo Deportivo reveals that Rafinha stay at Camp Nou is not guaranteed.
