The lure of playing in the Premier League and under Jose Mourinho has attracted so many players to Manchester United including Germany and Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos, who has said yes to a move to the fortress of Old Trafford, according report.
Among the top central midfielders in the world, Kroos ranks highly. Since becoming a Galaticos in the summer of 2014, his display from the midfield has won Real Madrid several titles including a back to back Champions League, with a consecutive third on the line.
While United continue to search for players in the transfer window, Manchester Evening News via Don Balon have claimed that the Kroos has sanctioned his move to Man United.
This will come as a massive boost for United, who are unsure of the future of Marouane Fellaini who has refused to extend his contract with United. Michael Carrick also called time on his footballing career, leaving a huge void to be filled in midfield.
Mourinho revealed at the close of the January transfer window that he will be in the summer transfer window mainly for the signing of a midfielder. While the Red Devils have been linked with a plethora of midfielders including Fred and Jorginho, kroos could end up as the signing.
Kroos has seen and won it all at Real Madrid, it is believed that the 28-year-old is looking for a new challenge, and he has set his sight on a move to Old Trafford.
Kroos is valued at 80,00 Mill. € according to transfermarkt. A midfield triumvirate of Pogba, Matic and Kroos can certainly win the Champions League and bring back the glory days for United.
