Good news: Ivan Perisic to Man United, agent arrive Milan for crunch talks

Manchester United have been drawn into a transfer saga with Inter Milan over the signature of Croatian attacker Ivan Perisic but it appears that the Reds Devils have not given up on signing the star.

United had made offers for Perisic but the San Siro outfit refuse the offers as it was short of their valuation for the player. United had reportedly ended their pursuit of the player and there has been no development since the player’s return to Italian for this season’s campaign.

According to Calciomercato, the agent of Perisic , Fali Ramadani  has flown to Milan where he will have a crunch talk with the Principals of Inter Milan over the future of the player. Inter Milan are looking the extend the contract of Perisic but the outcome of the meeting would decide whether his future is at Man United or Inter Milan according to the report.

The report further stated that Inter Milan will only listen to offers for the 28-year-old star if United meet his  £48m valuation but his agent’s intercession might see them lower their valuation.

Inter Milan have signified their interest in signing Anthony Martial but the French star wants to continue lacing his boots for the Red Devils. Martial have been impressive from United’s pre-season tour and he seem to have won the heart of Jose Mourinho.

Jose Mourinho has reiterated his desire to sign an wide player but he’s also looking at Gareth Bale. However, Perisic would be a cheaper bargain for United.
