Liverpool kept their hope for Champions League qualification alive after a stunning bicycle kick from Emre Can secured all the three points for the Reds.

Jurgen Klopp and his team remain in third place on the Premier League log with three more matches to go but the high point of the game was an injury to Brazilian midfield schemer Phillipe Coutinho inside the first 15 minutes of the game.

Coutinho together with Saido Mane have been the fire powers behind all the good form of Liverpool, to think Mane will not return from injury till the end of the season is worrisome but Coutinho’s scare would have affected the team psychologically.

However, the Brazilian returned to the sideline shortly after he went off and he has revealed that it is not severe to worry about.

After the game, he took to social media  and captioned a post in which he admitted that he is doing fine, “Thanks to all for the support. It isn’t serious.

Liverpool next game is against Southampton and it seems the midfield schemer will be in contention for the game.

Coutinho, 24, has scored 10 goals and provided six assist in the Premier League for Liverpool this term. His importance to the Reds cannot be overly emphasized. He can play from the flank or behind the striker and has been pivotal to their ball retention ability.
