La Liga Champions Real Madrid could finally sign their longtime transfer target Eden Hazard this summer as Chelsea are set to sanction the player’s move to Santiago Bernabeu but on one condition.
The 27-year-old Belgian playmaker is no doubt one of the best midfielders in the world but he seems to be out of form this season as he hardly find the back of the net like previous seasons and the Blues are now set to cash in on his signature in the summer to avoid losing him at a relatively low price.
According to Don Balon, Abramovich is hoping he could sell Morata and Hazard to the Santiago Bernabeu outfits as long as the Los Blancos are ready to offer £131m plus former Tottenham star Gareth Bale.
It was reported last week via the same journal that Chelsea are hoping to block Manchester United’s move for Gareth Bale as they are willing to offer £88million-the same price offered by the Red Devils – for his signature after next the summer but Madrid remain reluctant to let go of the player despite his recurring injury crisis at the club.
The Blues remain keen on the Welshman’s services as they want to improve their attacking threat before the start of next season and Alvaro Morata could return to the Spanish capital having failed to prosper in his first season in the much physical-demanding Premier League.
