Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard continued to be hawked around by news outlets linking him with a summer exit to La Liga outfit Real Madrid. While that has not be ruled out and his future at Chelsea is still not in the clear, the 27-year-old remains a team player and has continued to play amazing football for Chelsea, burying worries over his commitment at Chelsea.
He has killed off talks peddling about over his commitment to Chelsea in the next six months, before the next summer. Hazard has seen himself playing a very advanced role this campaign at Chelsea, one he’s quickly thrived in.
Chelsea risk losing him next summer, but are prepared to pocket huge wads of cash for his to Real Madrid. Though, it is unlikely they can prevent that, following Hazard’s refusal to pen down a deal extending his stay beyond 2020.
However,Blues, who are fourth of the Premier League log, if they can grapple a top four finish, the 27-year-old could reconsider leaving. The 27-year-old dropped fresh hints that has suggested he could remain at Chelsea.
Being under a new manager and playing a World Cup style of football has him spotlighted. Chelsea appears to be giving him all that and, “that’s the level I want to reach and stay at. I think since the beginning of the season I have done pretty well.” Says the 27-year-old.
