Manchester United have beaten out competitors in the race to sign 16-year-old wonderkid Noam Emeran.
Serie A heavyweights Juventus are in the running for Emeran who has hugely impressed in his performances over the past 12 months at French club Amiens.
Big spenders Paris Saint-Germain have not taken their eyes off the 16-year-old and are reportedly keen on landing him.
La Liga outfit Valencia have also been keeping tabs on the youngster.
Reports floating about in the Express say while Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Valencia were milling about, sniffing around the star, United stole a march on them to haggle down a price fee for Emeran.
The Express confirmed that United have won the race to sign Emeran and the 16-year-old will have a chance to further his career at the big Old Trafford ground.
Apparently, United will pay an initial small fee of 1.8 million pounds. But the total transfer fee will stump up to a total of 8.9 million pounds, based on add-ons and related bonuses.
Emeran joined Amiens last term, but is already set to exit the French outfit. Emeran, clearly, is cut from the same cloth as Leroy Sane of Manchester City. They have a very similar kind of play and the winger could give United that, when he gets thrown in, in the not-too distant future.
