Done deal: highly rated attacker agree 4-year deal with Chelsea

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has not just been commended for the quality of players signed to Stamford Bridge, the Italian tactician has also received plaudits for recouping funds for the League Champions.

Newly promoted Premier League side Brigton and Hove Albion have completed the signing of Chelsea striker Izzy Brown on a season long loan deal, according to report.

Brown, 22, joined Chelsea from West Brom in the summer of 2o13 but has been loaned out to three different Clubs, with the latest being a spell at Huddlesfield. The winger helped Huddlesfield gain promotion to the Premier League – he scored eight goals and provided six assist for the Club last term and they were keen on resigning him.

However he has chosen to ply his trade next season for the newly promoted Seagulls, where Chelsea expects to watch his development week in and week out.

The manager of Brighton Chris Hughton seem delirious over the players move to his Club.

The natural progression for Izzy, having enjoyed such a successful season in the Championship last season, was to step up to the Premier League. We are delighted he will be doing that with us here at Brighton.

“He is a player with great potential and will bring a different dimension to our attacking options for the season ahead, alongside our existing strikers.”

Brown had put pen to paper on a four-year deal before moving to Brighton. He joins a huge number of new recruits for Brighton.

Chelsea have several highly rated youngsters on loan but it appears that Antonio Conte is willing to give them the chance to shine for the Club. The Blues are with a number of their youngsters on their pre-season tour.
