Maurizio Sarri looks set to get rid of midfield flop Tiemoue Bakayoko this summer.
Reports bandying about in Italy have claimed that AC Milan are interested in signing the French midfielder on a season-long loan deal this summer.
AC Milan are preparing to bolster their squad ahead of the new season and Bakayoko is under their radar.
According to Italian outlet Corriere della Sera, the deal has been negotiated for the youngster to join the Italian giants this season.
The midfielder joined from Ligue One outfit Monaco just 12 months ago, for a reported fee of 40 million pounds.
However, he has continued to struggle at the Bridge despite the numerous chances given to him by former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
New boss Sarri would rather have Kante, new recruit Jorginho and Madrid star Mateo Kovacic and Ross Barkley at the middle of the field this summer.
