Liverpool will not stitch their irreparable differences with Spanish left-back Alberto Moreno.
Moreno has had a difficult life this season playing under the tutelage of boss Jurgen Klopp.
Racking no more than one appearance for the club in the Premier League this season, and seeing fellow Reds star Andy Robertson notching up more appearances, Moreno will not lay off his plans to exit the Premier League club at the turn of the year.
The left-back’s current deal at Anfield will run down at the end of the season, and the 26-year-old is crystal clear about not extending his stay any further according to Spanish outlet Estadio Deportivo.
It is understood Moreno’s primary concern is his family, another desire that has steered his urge to leave Anfield.
The rainy weather at Liverpool is distasteful for Moreno and having his kids live under those conditions has him keen on leaving the club.
The Spaniard will leave on a free at the end of the season and will be free to join other clubs.
Talks from the rumour mill suggest Moreno wants to leave not just because of his family, but to demand to a heavier pay in his next club.
He’s raring to return to former club Sevilla, but it is unclear if they are prepared for his comeback. Atletico Madrid are in the fray however, as they may be forced to find a good fit for Filipe Luis role should he exit the club.
La Liga giants Barcelona are not exempted in the race for the 26-year-old.
