The signing of Alexandre Lacazette to Arsenal headlined the transfer news wave of Arsenal and the Gunners fans will be eager to see the player lace his boots in the colours of Arsenal against Sydney FC today.

While Arsene Wenger has made two signings this summer, the French tactician is still pushing for a third summer singing to make his attack more potent.

Monaco star Thomas Lemar has been on the transfer radar of Arsenal and after seeing two bids rebuffed for the winger, Arsenal are preparing a third and irresistible bid of £45m  for the star and Wenger is confident that it will be enough to land Lemar.

The Gunner had seen a first bid  of £31m  for the player thrown away, they offered a second to the tune of £40m which was equally rebuffed but recent report by the Sun claims Arsenal are now willing to pay over £45million for the players signature. He will be placed on £100k a week wage for a deal spanning five years per the report.

Monaco won the Ligue 1 for the first time in 17 years, that has seen Clubs scrapping for the signature of their players. Tiemoue Bakayoko, Fabinho, and Kylian Mbappe all strongly linked with transfers away from the Club.

Lemar Scored 14 goals and assisted his teammates 17 times last season, he is reportedly pushing for a move to Arsenal but we understand that Arsenal may have to offer £53million (€60milion) before the player would be allowed to leave Monaco.
