Manchester United are in the luck to sign Spanish youngster Adrian Corral, according to a report.
United have caught wind of an opportunity to sign him over this month as the youngster is eager to walk away from a permanent deal.
GiantsFootballNews understands that the Villarreal starlet has been offered a permanent deal to stay at the La Liga outfit and nurse his budding career. But Corral is determined to leave and has refused to pen down a permanent deal with the club.
Corral burst through the ranks of the club and has gone out many times making good deliveries for the Spanish side.
His performance is said to have caught the attention of Premier League leaders Liverpool, who in October was claimed by HITC to have sent scouts out to the club to evaluate the youngster’s performance for several months.
But that interest has died down and it looks like United are the only frontrunner to sign him over this month.
The 16-year-old four-year spell at El Madrigal is nearing its end as United are willing to foot the bill for his services this month so he can join the rest of Nicky Butt’s United Academy players.
A move to Old Trafford could see the 16-year-old rise even faster, as United boast of a healthy environment for training academy player.
