Balde is on loan at Inter Milan, but has managed to catch the eyes playing for the Serie A outfit.
Balde is tied down at the San Siro for the remainder of the season, but with Liverpool sniffing around the player, it is unlikely he will be nailed down at the outfit for too long.
But Liverpool are keen on pulling all strings to bring on the player. A move to Anfield is not farfetched, and his price fee is said to be in the region of 30 million pounds.

The Reds are two points behind leaders Manchester City, and will travel to Bournemouth on Saturday.
