Antoine Semenyo has really impressed this term, catching the eyes with his performance at League Two side Newport County, where he enjoyed a loan spell. The young striker has earned a couple of notches this term for the Exiles, but has been recalled back to Bristol Ctiy.
Semenyo has gathered six goals in 32 games for the Exiles and made an impressive showoff for the League Two side against both Foxes Leicester City and Middlesbrough during the FA Cup.
Semenyo quick fire back to the top after getting recalled into Lee Johnson Robins squad has many clubs sniffing around the player with Manchester United and Chelsea heavily interested in signing the 19-year-old.
However, it is Chelsea who is said to be on the ball about signing the youngster. And the Premier League side have reportedly submitted a bid to bring the young striker to Stamford Bridge.
Maurizio Sarri’s side are already closing in on a deal for the spirited and delightful player.
Semenyo has made only one senior team appearance for Robins so far, but with Chelsea pressing to sign the player, the young striker could get the development he needs to turn into a megastar just like Callum Hudson-Odoi.
