Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba could be set for a return back to former club Juventus.
Juventus have not knocked back a January move for the midfielder. The French midfielder is on the brink of an exit. Pogba has shown strong dissent against the tactics employed by Jose Mourinho since the season went underway.
The 25-year-old has himself in a big pit of mess and angling for United’s exit door is already on the Frenchman’s cards.
His exit will deal a huge blow to United’s fragile midfield, if he leaves in January.
Juventus are exploring their options in the January market. According to Juventus director Fabio Paratici, bringing Pogba back to Turin is at the back of their minds.
United are determined to keep Pogba amid the piling speculations he is keen on leaving the outfit in January.
Pogba should spurn the idea of leaving Manchester United despite the minor issues that has grossly affected his game flow, says former France international Emmanuel Petit.
“I think the story between Manchester United and Pogba is not finished.
“If he leaves at the end of the season just because of his relationship with his manager, for me, that’s not a good reason.
“Manchester United is bigger than the problem they have together.”
