Chelsea to agree swap deal with Barcelona including £50m attacker – report

Barcelona have proposed a swap deal with Chelsea involving Willian and Malcom, per reports.

Macom joined Barcelona last summer from Bordeaux with the pedigree of a world class attacker but he has failed to justify his bidding.

He was in action for the Catalan side that were beaten by Levante in the Copa del Rey. He was unable to use his skills or speed and he was eventually substituted.

Barcelona are ready to move him on and they have turned to Chelsea for a swap deal.

The La Liga club have been huge admirers of Willian and they are willing to offer Malcom plus cash for the aforementioned star winger which means the deal will be valued at about £50 million, reports the Telegraph.

Willian is 30 and has just 18 months left on his current contract but Barcelona believe he would add more value to their team than what Malcom has so far done.

Sarri has made Willian a key member of the Blues’ squad even though he is not a high scoring attacker. The Blues are unlikely going to let any of their attacker leave, with Morata on the cusp of joining Sevilla.

If Barcelona fail to broker a deal with Chelsea this January, they are sure to put Malcom up for sale in January.
