Chelsea and Arsenal have been strongly linked with a move for Turkish and Roma attacker Cengiz Under, this is according to reports.
The January transfer window is fast approaching and the clubs are already lining up moves for their target. Under has been impressive for Roma since moving the club in the summer of 2017 and it appears that he is tickling the fancy of clubs in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old player is tied to a contract until 2022 with Eusebio Di Francesco’s side at the Stadio Olimpico. Knowing well that the clubs England are desperate about reinforcing their squad for the second half of the season, Roma had ruled out a move for the player in January, according to Skysports.
However, Sportwitness have reported that Chelsea are frontrunners for the player’s signature. Arsenal and Tottenham have also been mentioned as suitors for the winger.

Roma have begun negotiation with the player over a new deal that would see a bogus release clause inserted in the contract. It is claimed that a a €50+ million release clause would be inserted in his new deal.
