Chelsea to agree deal for €38m-rated AM

The Blues have reportedly taken the first steps to snatch AC Milan’s attacking player despite the Milan club’s struggles in front of goal this season.

AC Milan have netted 18 goals in the current 2018/19 Italian Serie A. meanwhile, Suso has been directly involved in 10 of all 18 goals with seven assists and three goals in nine appearances.

At the moment, the winger is contracted to the Milan club until 2022. However, he is fast becoming a hot player for top clubs all over Europe as Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are reportedly in awe of his displays. He is particularly a favourite of Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri.

With four years left on his contract, AC Milan are in no rush to sign him to a new contract. Nonetheless, interests from abroad means the Italian club will have to fight to keep their star player.

Presently, the former Liverpool man’s contract with AC Milan includes a release clause of €38m. with Chelsea and Atletico Madrid interested in bringing the Spaniard aboard, it is believed that Milan’s asking price would be €38m.

Furthermore, Tutto Mercato Web reported that the Spanish team and the English club have already taken the first steps in acquiring the services of the lethal winger.
