Chelsea target confirms he will be at club in January, Liverpool and United linked

Arsenal midfield ace Aaron Ramsey has dealt a huge blow to all of his target after revealed he will see out his contract, this is according to reports.

Ramsey appears to be nearing his exit at Arsenal. The Welsh man is in the final year of his contract with Arsenal and the club have withdrawn their contract extension offers for him.

His quality is in no doubt as Arsenal’s loss will be the gain of whoever signs him. He has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool, according to the Metro. Juventus among several other clubs are reportedly lurking around the Emirates to sign him.

While Many of the fans have called on Emery and the top brass of the club to ensure Ramsey is handed a new contract, he has revealed he will be staying put at the Emirates beyond the January transfer window.

‘Will I stay for the rest of the season? Of course, yeah,’ he said on international duty.

‘I am contracted to Arsenal and I am going to do my best now this season to try and achieve something special.

‘Everything has been going great with the club. We thought we were in a position where we had agreed a deal but that’s no longer the case.

‘So I just have to carry on playing my football and do my best for Arsenal this season and I’ll leave the rest with the club now.

‘That’s a decision that they have made and things happen in football and you just have to get on with it and carry on playing the best I can. ‘That’s all I am concentrating on, giving my best for Arsenal.’

Emery bolstered the squad of Arsenal in the January transfer window but the club have other midfield targets lined up as possible replacement for Ramsey.
