Borussia Dortmund are now chasing after a replacement for Christian Pulisic who is ready to join Chelsea when the year turns over.
According to German news outlet Bild, Pulisic’s replacement is top on the German’s club pile of transfer targets in January.
One of the names that’s popped out in news outlets is Ukrainian star Viktor Tyshankov. The 21-year-old Dynamo Kiev star has been handpicked by the Bundesliga outfit to replace Pulisic in the summer.
Tyshankov checks well as a prolific forward. He is currently banging accolades at the Ukraine outfit and measures up quite well to the specs Dortmund are after.
The youngster has notched up nine goals and laid on three assists in 18 Ukrainian Premier League games for Kiev.
Tyshankov will cost Dortmund around 20 million euros in the summer as rumoured.
Chelsea are eager to add Pulisic to their fold and it is said that his arrival could happen in the summer.
Dortmund earlier ruled out a move out in January, though Chelsea is said to be set to announce signing Pulisic in the New Year.
