Chelsea agree £6m fee for the transfer of CB, Maurizio Sarri sanction deal

Chelsea is preparing to dump Denmark star Andrea Christensen after the defender failed to nail a spot in Maurizio Sarri team.

Christensen’s reaction after Chelsea loss 2-0 at Arsenal has planted a bitter rivalry between the youngster and boss Maurizio Sarri.

The 22-year-old peeled away from the side in the final minutes of the game for a toilet break, and failed to return to the bench, a reaction that angered Sarri.

Coupled with his flagging performance on the field, it could finally be the end of the road for the blooming defender.

Despite making a statement under former boss Antonio Conte, and finally penning down a contract until 2022, Christensen has so far struggled to find form.

The incident at Arsenal could see him leave the outfit as the transfer window this month enters its final hurdle.

Sarri wants Blues to offload the player with a little over less than 48 hours left before the window is shut.

Chelsea will be looking to loan the youngster out since they have enough hands to handle their business at the back.

Borussia Dortmund and Juventus are reportedly keen on signing the player. And Chelsea are ready to accept a 6 million pounds bid for the star from either outfits,  according to The Sun.
