Petr Cech has rejected a loan move with Seria A club Napoli, even though he has fallen down the selection pecking order of Unai Emery, this is according to report.
Arsenal confirmed the signing of Bernd Leno on Tuesday and it is widely reported that his arrival may have ended the spell of Petr Cech at the Emirates.
Although, there is so much uncertainty over the future of now Arsenal third choice goalkeeper David Ospina but Cech has been heavily linked with a loan move to Napoli, with former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
Ancelotti replaced Sarri as the manager of the Naples based club and he has been tipped to overhaul the squad he inherited from his compatriot. However, he will have to look elsewhere to bolster his squad – Cech has turned down offers for the Seria A club to fight for a place in Arsenal, reports Calciomercato. via Readarsenal.
Cech arrived Arsenal from Chelsea in the summer of 2015 but ever since, he has failed to replicate the same form that won the Blues the Premier and Champions league, and it is believed that the Gunners will cease any opportunity to cash in on him.
It is unlikely that Arsenal will keep all their goalkeepers, either Petr Cech or David Ospina will be sold.
Following his strings of unimpressive displays last term, majority of the Arsenal fan base called for Cech’s sale.
