Arsenal are in pole position to take up midfield reject Radja Nianggolan according to reports spilling out of news outlets in Italy.
The powerful midfielder has been left out of Inter Milan’s squad after flouting club rules.
Besides that, the midfielder has continued to struggle at the outfit since moving from Roma six months ago.
The player has failed to justify the 38 million euros plus Nicolò Zaniolo valuation dropped in the bag for his switch to the San Siro last summer.
The Belgian has bagged just three goals in 15 appearances for Inter this season, and has been axed from the club after arriving late for training.
It is not the first time he’s walked in late into training, and Inter appears fed up over the issue. Getting rid of him is the only option on the cards, but no club in Italy is looking into the player.
However, there had been interests milling in from England, and according to Italian journalist Carlo Pellegatti, there have been murmurs about Inter plotting a move to ship the player off to England.
Pellegatti who appeared on Telelombardia TV on Wednesday night
revealed that Premier League clubs Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Man United are keen to sign him.
However, Arsenal are in pole position for him. The north Londoners want a loan deal for him, but Inter want him off the wage bill and are willing to sell him off for €30m.
