Better than Neymar: £108m-rated forward ‘Oks’ Manchester United move

Even before the close of the season, the transfer rumour mills have begun spinning hard and this time, we hear that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to rejoin Manchester United.

Two seasons ago, there was news of Cristiano Ronaldo being unhappy with life at the Santiago Bernabeu as he didn’t feel appreciated by the club for his exploits and he was linked with a move to Manchester United.

It was claimed that Jose Mourinho wants to reunite with the Portuguese forward. But who wouldn’t want to have a Ronaldo in his team? Sportwitness have cited a report by Don Balon, where they claim Manchester United are pushing for a deal for the star and that Ronaldo has agreed to return to the fortress of Old Trafford.

Jose Mourinho is waiting patiently for the summer transfer window in order to add top-notch player to his otherwise strong side. Even though the Portuguese manager has made the signing of a midfielder  priority for next season, the presence of Ronaldo will just make the need to sign a midfielder not very urgent.

No price was cited for the impending transfer but despite his age, he will cost Manchester United a fortune to be able to sign the gaffer including his bogus wage bill. But we wait to see how this pans out.

Transfermarkt have valued Ronaldo at £108.00m.
