Arsenal are still trying to work out a loan move for oblivious midfielder Denis Suárez from Barcelona this month.
Unai Emery is still keen on strengthening his side this month, and beefing up his side centre has been what’s priority on the cards this campaign.
Suárez has been lined up for a loan move to Arsenal who are unable to sign any player permanently this January due to financial limitations.
However, that has not stopped them from pressing further in the motive to sign him.
BBC Journalist David Ornstein is claiming Arsenal are now chasing two loan deals, but says Suárez is still on their cards, however talks over his move has reached no where near conclusion.
It is still not in the clear who the other target it, given the hunt after Suárez makes it two.
Arsenal have been linked previously to Yannick Carrasco and James Rodríguez–both powerful midfielders. But with no spilled beans over who their next target in the window is besides Suárez, makes this a roller coaster experience.
Arsenal move three points closer to Chelsea after pipping their London rivals at the Emirates last weekend. Goals from Alexandre Lacazette and Laurent Koscielny helped kept their hopes alive of finishing inside the top four in the Premier League.
