Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford is reportedly set to end his long-term stay at Old Trafford in the summer. The player is one of the club’s academy products who got promoted to the senior team during Luis Van Gaal reign as the Boss.
The 20-year-old had his best season for the Red Devils in 2015-16 when he scored goals at ease and also providing more scoring chances for his teammates.
Despite being one of the bright players in José Mourinho’s first season at Old Trafford, the England international has failed to get much first-team actions throughout this term and he is considering moving out of the club in the summer.
The arrival of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in January has further pushed him down the pecking order as the Portuguese manager prefer using the highly-experienced Chilean striker ahead and for the rising star.
According to reports, Rashford could be moving to Manchester City or Liverpool as soon as the summer transfer window begins. Daily Mail suggests that City manager Pep Guardiola wants to lure the youngster to Etihad stadium, despite having a great and combat striking department.
The British publication also claim that Liverpool are monitoring Rashford’s situation at Old Trafford and they might be making a move for the lively and impressive youngster who can comfortably operate as a winger and as a center-forward.
