Eric Bailly has been walked over by Jose Mourinho and his future at the club is currently up in the air.
The Ivorian once stood to be one of the central players in Mourinho’s squad, however following United’s shocking comeback win from two-nil down at Old Trafford against Magpies Newcastle, Bailly may have to dash out of United in January.
After suffering a knock this season, United boss Jose Mourinho rapped about his inability to find Bailly’s replacement. However, since his return the Ivorian defender has looked seemingly lost on the pitch.
18 minutes into the game against Newcastle, the Ivorian was hauled off and former Manchester United player and legend Río Ferdinand is convinced after the incident, there’s no way back for Bailly.
But according to reports from the Daily Star says there could be some faint hope for Bailly. According to the news outlet, Arsenal and Tottenham are ready to pounce on the 24-year-old, whose campaign this season has started off on a shaky note.
Both outfits will have to pay an asking fee north of the 30 million pounds United paid for his swap from Spanish side Villareal.
The same source also said that Bailly is ready to fold his United career as he has become frustrated under Jose Mourinho.
